Dr. Brian Richardson recently conducted a Crisis Communication workshop for members of the Texas Fire Chief Association. Dr. Richardson partnered with Mouthpeace Consulting, a communication training firm in Austin. Members of about a dozen Texas fire departments who participated in the training learned about preparing for a crisis, how to work with the media during a crisis, and learning from crisis situations.
