Throughout the year, students, faculty, and staff have come together with a shared commitment to learning, understanding, and supporting one another. In every classroom, every hallway, and every campus event, the spirit of connection has guided our work and strengthened our community.
Across our departments, the power of collaboration was on full display. Media Arts and Journalism students partnered to produce impactful news stories through ntTV. The Debate Team continue to travel around the world and compete in civic debates. History faculty and students got hands on experience in a project that uses traditional agricultural practices to rethink how food is grown, shared and studied on campus. And so many more departments across the college lived out the mission of connecting people to people.
Meaningful moments extended beyond lectures and labs. Conversations in study groups, one-on-one meetings with advisors, and simple acts of kindness in shared spaces reminded us of the impact we have on each other. Faculty inspired students not just with their expertise, but with their care and mentorship. Staff offered unwavering support, helping students navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
As we move into summer, we take with us the connections that have shaped us. Every story shared, every idea exchanged, and every friendship formed is part of what makes the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences a home for meaningful learning and lasting bonds.
To our graduates, thank you for leaving your mark on this community. To our returning students, we look forward to continuing the journey with you. To our faculty and staff, your dedication and care continue to inspire.
