Something I wish I knew as a Freshman: You'll never stop using ArcGIS, so learn it and learn to like it.
Why did you become an ambassador? I became an ambassador because I love geography and want to show that love by helping the department.
What is your favorite memory from your time at UNT? Seeing a five-turtle stack in front of the EESAT building. It was their most ambitious stack ever.
How do you plan to use your degree? I plan to work for the US Geological Survey.

Something I wish I knew as a Freshman: I wish I knew to join a club related to your major early on to make connections, friendships, and gain knowledge about your interests.
Why did you become an ambassador? I became an ambassador to help the department anyway I can and guide students while fostering a supportive academic community, sharing my experiences, and encouraging others to pursue their passions.
What is your favorite memory from your time at UNT? My favorite memory since I have been at UNT was being a part of the GSA and getting involved in fun events where I made new friends.
How do you plan to use your degree? I plan to use my degree by working in wildlife conservation and national parks.
