Something I wish I knew as a Freshman: I wish I knew about the variety of support centers on campus that has invaluable resources for students.

Why did you become an ambassador? I became an ambassador, because it seemed like a great opportunity to share my passion for history with others.

What is your favorite memory from your time at UNT? My favorite memory is definitely the ice week last semester, where the campus was covered in snow.

How do you plan to use your degree? I plan to use my degree to attend law school, and become an International Business Lawyer.

Something I wish I knew as a Freshman: The beginning of the semester is a perfect time to start course research

Why did you become an ambassador? I wanted to be vested in university culture and find like-minded individuals

What is your favorite memory from your time at UNT? Finding out I accomplished full marks in my first semester at 2 AM

How do you plan to use your degree? I plan to teach in secondary education, with goals to publish research and strive to reach tenure at a university

Favorite Course(s): My favorite courses have been Latin 1010, Late Medieval History 4219, and Ancient Egyptian History 3301.

Something I wish I knew as a Freshman: Something I wish I learned as a freshman, is if you change your major it's okay!

Why did you become an ambassador? I became an ambassador to connect with fellow transfer students who are learning about the history department. When I first came to UNT, I struggled with knowing what courses to take, so being part of a group of students who help other students feel connected to their major is an impact I want to be a part of.

What is your favorite memory from your time at UNT? My favorite memory at UNT was going to my first football game. When I transferred from Texas Tech, I rarely went to the games. Going to a UNT game was confirming my love for the school.

How do you plan to use your degree? I am planning on becoming a museum curator and getting my masters in anthropology.
