Study Abroad in Japan Summer 2024

JAPN 2050 Step Forward in Japan is an accelerated intermediate Japanese course offered for Summer 2024. This summer course can be linked to JAPN 2040 which is done on campus during May and finished with JAPN 2050 through the faculty-led
program in Japan. The group will travel to Japan to complete the second year Japanese in the spoken environment. The experience in culture and life in Japan will connect and bring the classroom learning to a firm cognitive level through daily experience and hands on activities. The course has a highlight with a social learning in the northern city affected by Tsunami in 2011. The communication with native speakers in rural and urban setting in Japan and a short home stay experience will be a unique and memorable lifetime experience.
