President of CLASS Ambassador Program

Grant Wheeler

Majors: Integrative Studies with concentrations in Biology, Psychology, and Public Health

Classification: Junior

Pronouns: He/They

Tips for success within your major and college: "Learn what concentrations best define you and your Integrative Studies degree. I initially had a different concentration prior to Public Health, but after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, my interests opened to the beauty of how medicine and Public Health work together on a global scale."

What I wish I knew as a freshmen: "Reach out and build connections with UNT faculty. They are here at UNT to help you grow and provide support!"

A campus office or service I recommend: "I would recommend checking out the Learning Center! They have drop in tutoring and several tutors that can assist you on a variety of subjects."

Career goals: "I seek to continue my education by attending medical school and receiving a medical degree to practice primary care in a Pediatric, Family Medicine, or OB/GYN setting."

Hobbies: "Reading, baking, traveling, and medical volunteering."
