Something I wish I knew as a Freshman: Go to office hours! Your professors can offer you opportunities you wouldn't otherwise get, but it helps if you get to know them first!

Why did you become an ambassador? The Political Science faculty and department has truly helped to shape me as a student and a human, and I want to be able to help make that accessible to other students.

What is your favorite memory from your time at UNT? Running the Undergraduate Political Science Association, working at the rec, hanging out with ambassadors, (this last one isn't believable) but talking with my professors in office hours!

How do you plan to use your degree? I will be starting law school in Fall 2024 and my degree has really helped to sharpen the skills I will rely heavily on.

Something I wish I knew as a Freshman: You know yourself better than anyone else. Sometimes a lot for someone else is a little for you but sometimes someone's a little is a too much.

Why did you become an ambassador? I wanted to support and guide new students and create connections throughout the department

What is your favorite memory from your time at UNT? My favorite memory from UNT is the privilege to compete and travel with the UNT debate team. I enjoy getting to learn so much from an amazing organization on campus, as well as traveling with some of my best friends.

How do you plan to use your degree? I plan on using my degree by going into the legal field and going to law school.
